1. COB light source packaging and heat dissipation technology

- Using patented COB (Chip on Board) packaging technology, with the micro-space fluorescence conversion design of light-transmitting inorganic columns and new ceramics phosphor sheets, the light source efficiency is improved and the color coordinates are precisely adjusted.

- Equipped with a honeycomb heat dissipation structure that diffuses from the center to the outside, it better matches the central thermal management characteristics of COB. At the same time, the heat dissipation surface is designed on the vertical honeycomb structure surface. The vertical structure of the honeycomb can enhance air convection and further optimize the heat exchange efficiency;

2. Light and heat integrated design

- The light source's proprietary thermal structure technology is used to achieve uniform heat distribution and optimization of the heat conduction channel. Combined with the lens optical design of the glass window material, it meets the scene lighting while reducing the overflow of the upper light and reducing the impact of glare on normal patrol work;

3. High safety and protection level

- The flameproof design meets the Ex d IIC T6 explosion-proof standard. The shell is made of aluminum alloy die-casting, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance (WF2 grade). The protection level reaches IP67 and is suitable for flammable and explosive dust environments;

- The honeycomb heat dissipation structure design makes full use of the heat dissipation of the vertical surface of the honeycomb to avoid the adverse effects of dust accumulation on the heat dissipation on the radiator surface, so that this heat dissipation structure can still maintain sufficient heat dissipation efficiency in more harsh environments to ensure the service life of the lamp;

4. Energy saving, environmental protection and long life

- The energy consumption of LED light source is only 20% of that of traditional lamps. It does not contain mercury and has no ultraviolet radiation. The light efficiency is ≥140lm/W. Through the independent thermal management design of the light source cavity and the driver cavity, the light source and the driver have matching life management, and a design solution with a 10 years product life can be provided.

5. Flexible installation and adaptability

- Supports multiple installation methods such as ceiling, wall, and hoisting. It has a wide voltage input (AC85-265V) function and can adapt to extreme environmental conditions such as ultra-high temperature or low temperature.
