Core Cooling: Flat Plate Uniform Temperature Phase Change Heat Dissipation

The integration of phase change thermal conductivity technology and aero-stir friction welding technology is suitable for the high efficiency export of heat density in the centre of the COB light source. Based on the installation characteristics of the large elevation angle of the floodlight, the heat extraction structure and the direction of the fins are strengthened to optimise air convection and reduce the accumulation of environmental dust affecting module heat dissipation. The module cooling design is more suitable for multi-angle mounting.

Core Optics: Structural Light Cut-off Type Anti-glare

Reflector light distribution: some light is not controlled and escapes to form a second aperture. To effectively cut off light spillage, In the case of optical size limit, light cut-off type design requires the light source to have a smaller light emitting surface  so that it can realize smaller or larger light emitting angles in a limited space.
