The Chinese Academic of Sciences(CAS) kilowatt-level packaging technology team has more than ten years of experience in industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and has incubated a number of LED professional lighting enterprises integrating research and development, design, production and technical services. Based on the application of laser crystal civilization technology in the field of semiconductor lighting, we have technically broken through the material bottleneck of traditional white light solutions on high power light sources, achieved heat homogenization and smooth heat conduction channels through proprietary thermal structure technology in high density space, solved the light source technology bottleneck of high power lighting thermal structure, achieved reliability and stability of high power lighting for long term use through the research of high power COB optical and thermal integration technology, laid the technical foundation for the overall solution of kilowatt level professional lighting and maintained the technical advantage.
 

The fluorescent crystal industrialization technology team has the ability to develop from crystal materials and kilowatt level semiconductor light source packaging technology to kilowatt level lighting fixture applications, lighting scenario design and product customization according to different application scenarios. By combining the application of ultra-high power COB packaging technology with the advantages of phase change heat dissipation technology and continuously developing photoelectric and thermal integrated modules for kilowatt level COB high power LED applications, especially we have formed a unique technical advantage in industrial special professional lighting, large space lighting, stadium lighting, etc. with light source, heat dissipation and optical level structure design as the core, providing reliable solutions for professional customers in important environments.
