The low thermal resistance packaging COB light source, equipped with a flat plate temperature equalizing phase change heat sink, realizes the balanced thermal management of the effective light source module. It highly matches a variety of optical glass lenses and mirror aluminum reflectors, and overcomes the light attenuation of the light source and the attenuation of optical materials caused by the uneven thermal management. Our team is committed to continuously developing higher quality COB application lighting fixtures to provide customers with higher commercial value.

The integration of phase change thermal conductivity technology and aero-stir friction welding technology is more suitable for the high efficient export of high density heat from the centre of the COB light source.
